Dr. J. Godwin Emmanuel, with over 20 years of experience, leads our team as the Head of The Divine Landscape Architects. His extensive expertise in sustainable and culturally sensitive design drives our innovative projects. Beyond his professional leadership, Dr. Emmanuel is a dedicated architectural educator, sharing his knowledge and fostering analytical thinking through travel workshops. His research focuses on the crucial area of knowledge management of cultural values in heritage conservation, a testament to his commitment to preserving our shared legacy. His personal dedication to sustainable living is evident in his self-reliant lifestyle and our award-winning eco-friendly home, recognized with the Best House Award for its sustainable earthy design.
Dr. G. Ophylia Vinodhini is dedicating her efforts to the Divine Landscape Architecture Lab/Studio in collaboration with Dr. Emmanuel. Her academic journey, culminating in a PhD exploring place identity along highways, laid a strong foundation for understanding how landscapes subtly influence our sense of belonging. Dr. Vinodhini is committed to specialized practice and cultivating meaningful research partnerships. She actively contributes to the community by leading workshops on context capability and curating lecture series, fostering a deeper appreciation for surroundings among aspiring architects and facilitating valuable exchanges with leading professionals. Her joy in engaging with younger generations through societal and spiritual learning activities further underscores her holistic approach.
